As a company and a groups of parents, we are extremely focused on ensuring that every kid who attends our programs leaves with more knowledge and creative mojo than when they entered, and that parents always feel that they received more than their money's worth. However, as parents, we know there will be times when things just don't work as they should. The policies listed on this page address such situations.
